The trails
Slow and cruisy
If you're looking for a couple of hours of enjoyable cycling around town, the Methven Walkway is an excellent choice. Ideal for families and casual riders, the walkway offers flexible routes to suit all preferences. From the Piwakawaka Walkway, you pass through the Enchanted Fairy Forest, this track features a gentle, shingle-covered path suitable for all ages and skill levels. Along the route, you'll find plenty of points of interest to explore and enjoy, making it a perfect way to spend quality time and discover the local scenery.
