At Big Al's, we pride ourselves on having the right gear to match your individual needs.

We're always up to date with the latest weather and snow conditions across all the local mountains. If you're keen to try somewhere new, we’ll let you know where the best snow is and which mountain best suits your ability — or your family’s.

Outside of school holidays, we're also flexible with rental agreements. If the weather takes a turn and you decide not to head up the mountain, just let us know — we won’t charge you if you didn't use the gear.

Our extensive range of rental boots means we can take the time to find the perfect fit for your feet. If something doesn’t feel quite right, we’re more than happy to swap it out. Want to switch from skiing to snowboarding (or vice versa)? No problem — we're all about making sure you have the best experience on the mountain.

Choose from a wide selection of skis and snowboards, whether you're cruising the groomers or heading out on a heli-skiing adventure. We offer two levels of equipment:

– ideal for beginners and progressing riders

– designed for those looking for higher-end gear with enhanced performance

All of our equipment is freshly tuned and ready to ride when you pick it up. Our rental ski jackets and pants are clean, fully waterproof, and well-sealed to keep you warm, dry, and comfortable all day long.
