SHIMANO CUES - REAR DERAILLEUR 9SP RD-U4000-GS

Shimano's CUES 9-speed rear derailleur, a tough, low-maintenance choice for trail, commuter and e-bikes. It uses Shimano's LINKGLIDE technology, built for durability and smooth, reliable shifting.

What else you'll need

CUES is its own system, so the parts need to match:

• Chain: Shimano CN-LG500 LINKGLIDE chain. One chain covers all CUES 9, 10 and 11-speed setups. A standard 9-speed chain (like the HG93) won't work properly.
• Shifter: A Shimano CUES 9-speed shifter. Older Shimano 9-speed shifters aren't compatible.
• Cassette: A Shimano CUES / LINKGLIDE 9-speed cassette.
